Winds gusting as high as 50 mph above 1500 feet elevation. * WHERE...Luzerne and Wyoming counties. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A quick burst of accumulating snow will occur this evening, but precipitation will change to an icy mix of sleet, freezing rain, and rain after 11 PM.
