* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, wintry mix. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and a light glaze of ice possible. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero. * WHERE...Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions for this mornings commute. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to cold wind chills, temperatures will quickly drop below freezing late Friday morning and through the afternoon. This will likely result in a flash freeze and icy road conditions.
