• Areas Affected: Yates; Seneca; Southern Cayuga; Onondaga; Steuben; Schuyler; Chemung; Tompkins; Madison; Cortland; Chenango; Otsego; Tioga; Broome; Delaware; Bradford; Susquehanna; Northern Wayne; Wyoming; Lackawanna; Luzerne; Southern Wayne

• Snow has overspread the region this afternoon and is expected to persist through this evening. Although amounts will be mostly light, with only an inch or less, brief heavier snowfall will be possible in some areas and localized amounts could exceed 2 inches. Expect slick road conditions and use extra caution when traveling this evening.
