Areas Affected: Lackawanna; Luzerne; Pike; Southern Wayne
A period of light snow will move through the area until about 9 AM this morning. A coating to around 1 inch of snow is expected. Untreated roadways and surfaces may become snow covered or icy as temperatures fall below freezing and into the 20s by mid morning. Use caution this morning if walking outside or driving and be alert for possible icy conditions.
